The modules include sections on customer service, South Gippsland highlights, Wilsons Promontory, things to see/do and safety tips. Participants will learn about local events, produce, walking and cycling experiences, what happens in an emergency and the local tourism structure.

The program will be particularly useful for people who work with customers in retail businesses and eateries across the region, as it will provide answers to some commonly asked questions and help to increase customer satisfaction. Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion and confirmation that they are a South Gippsland Tourism Ambassador.
