Gippsland Water is reminding customers that support is available to help with water bills following the festive period. The organisation’s Customer Care team can help set up a flexible payment plan and explore what financial assistance options are available for those who need extra support.

If you’re having trouble paying your bills, our friendly Customer Care team is ready to help ease the pressure of your water bill. Gippsland Water is here to make it easier to pay your water bills
