South Gippsland Shire Council invites feedback on two proposed Nyora RSL Park toilet locations, offering improved safety, accessibility, and amenities. Submissions close Sunday, 12 October 2025.
Have your say on the proposed locations for a new toilet facility in Nyora. Council is replacing the public toilets in RSL Park with new, modern facilities. As part of this upgrade, the toilets are proposed to be relocated to a more accessible area of the park. The current location does not meet Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design or Access and Mobility guidelines.
Council plans to replace Nyora RSL Park toilets with modern, accessible facilities meeting safety standards. Community feedback is open until Sunday, 12 October 2025
Two potential locations are being considered, both offering:
- Improved accessibility and safety
- Closer access to the bus stop and rail trail
- Amenities including a bike rack and drinking fountain
- Location A: Facing Mitchell Street
- Location B: Facing the playground
