East Gippsland libraries launch CloudLibrary, offering free eBooks and eAudiobooks anytime, anywhere

East Gippsland Libraries have launched CloudLibrary, giving members free access to thousands of eBooks and eAudiobooks anytime, anywhere, supporting learning, leisure, and digital inclusion across the region.

East Gippsland Shire Council libraries have launched CloudLibrary, making it easier than ever for the community to enjoy reading and learning. CloudLibrary gives library members free access to thousands of eBooks and eAudiobooks anytime, anywhere.

Members can download the free CloudLibrary app and access eBooks, eAudiobooks, and other digital resources like Borrow Box and Libby instantly

CloudLibrary now available

Members can download the free CloudLibrary app from the App Store or Google Play and start reading or listening instantly. Whether at home, commuting, or relaxing, CloudLibrary provides access to a wide range of titles, including eBooks and eAudiobooks.

"We offer access to knowledge, learning, and leisure through our libraries and mobile vans to enrich the lives of people across our region, anytime of the day. CloudLibrary is part of this commitment, helping the community connect with resources in ways that suit their lifestyle," said Mayor Cr John White.

Digital library access

In addition to CloudLibrary, the library offers a suite of digital resources, including Borrow Box, Story Box Hub, uLibrary, and Libby.  East Gippsland libraries also provide free WiFi, public computers, device charging, and technology support to ensure digital inclusion for all. Mobile libraries reach isolated areas, providing access to library and council services no matter where you live.
