Friends of Woodford Reserve

Recently South Gippsland Shire Council collaborated with some passionate local residents and Landcare to form the Friends of Woodford Reserve Inc. The Friends group are helping to regenerate Woodford Reserve in Korumburra by planting thousands of beautiful indigenous plants in the reserve and along the headwaters of Foster Creek.

Through the support of council, local residents and the Korumburra Landcare group, an incorporated Friends group has now been set up, with a letter of Understanding signed in February 2023 with South Gippsland Shire Council. For the full story, visit Friends of Woodford Reserve page.
