Relief for storm affected and areas of power outage in Wellington Shire
The Wellington community has come together to provide assistance in various ways to help other community members.
Since the storm event on Friday 29 October, there are still around 2,400 Wellington residents without electricity. Many of these residents live outside major towns, so do not have access to mains water or gas. This means they are also without running water and heating. This is now Day 4 of the power outage for the 2,400 properties.
If you require support, please contact council's relief information line on 1300 137 218 between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
