This annual event now in its 18th year celebrates the exceptional achievements of businesses within the Bass Coast community and provides a platform for recognition and networking. 
The 18th Bass Coast Business Awards celebrate local business achievements, fostering innovation, networking, and excellence through Judged and People's Choice Awards Celebrating local businessesThe Bass Coast Business Awards continue to showcase the diverse talents and contributions of local businesses. The awards are divided into two categories: - Judged Categories: These categories recognise businesses that excel in various aspects, including innovation, customer service, sustainability, and community involvement. A panel of judges will evaluate the entries and select winners based on predetermined criteria.
- People's Choice Awards: These awards allow the community to participate by voting for their favourite businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses to engage with their customers and build strong relationships within the community.
Last year's Bass Coast Business Awards were a huge success, with 54 businesses entering across diverse industries, from tourism and hospitality to construction and professional services. Business awards celebrationOcean Sounds took home Business of the Year, impressing judges with its detailed submission, strong sustainability focus, and clear vision. The event also celebrated two Hall of Fame winners, Wildlife Coast Cruises and TerraLab, recognising the long-term enthusiasm in our business community. Bass Coast Mayor, Cr Rochelle Halstead encourages businesses to get involved in this year's awards, saying, "The Bass Coast Business Awards celebrate the dedication and innovation of our local businesses.
