Local business owners joined representatives from sponsors The Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Bass Coast Shire Council for the award presentations.

Bass Coast Mayor, Cr Peter Paul, said the Best Dressed Business competition had become a key part of the Grand Prix celebrations.

"The Grand Prix is such a popular event because of the way our community supports it," said Cr Paul.

"Every year, the judges are impressed by the quality of the displays and I think the standard has been lifted once again," said Cr Paul.
