As we project significant growth over the next two decades, council is keen to hear your thoughts and insights to create a Town Plan that truly reflects the values and priorities of our residents. 
Recognizing its significance, a 'Town Structure Plan' is underway to tackle future growth and an ageing population of Bunurong, San Remo San Remo future planningSan Remo holds a special place in the hearts of those who live, visit, or work here, and we acknowledge its deep significance to the Bunurong people, the traditional custodians of this land. As the fourth-largest town in Bass Coast, San Remo is renowned for its stunning coastal reserves, thriving native wildlife, and its rich history as a fishing village. With projected growth on the horizon and an aging population, it is essential that we plan for the future responsibly and inclusively. To address this, Bass Coast Shire Council is currently developing a Town Structure Plan that will serve as a roadmap for the town's layout and provision of services in the coming years. This plan will encompass a wide range of aspects, from planning controls to transportation, infrastructure, urban expansion, and essential services. Shaping San Remo's futureCouncil is actively seeking feedback and insights from our residents, visitors, businesses, and all members of the community. Your input is invaluable in helping us chart the course for the future of our town. We want to hear your ideas, your concerns, and your hopes for our town. Your feedback will not only be appreciated but will also be instrumental in guiding the development of the San Remo Town Plan.
