Planning Amendment C133 has been prepared by Council to rezone the land at 14 Radovick Street, Korumburra from Public Use Zone 3 and 6, to Commercial 1 Zone and General Residential Zone Schedule 1.

Hearing Details and Directions

Planning Scheme Amendment C-133 has been referred to an Independent Planning Panel appointed by the Minister for Planning. The Panel Hearing will be held on Thursday 4 December 2025, commencing at 2pm at the Korumburra Community Hub building. The Panel Directions can be viewed at Planning Panels Victoria website. The Panel Hearing is open to the public however you can only address the panel if you have submitted a Request to be Heard Form
