South Gippsland Shire Council Community Survey, you may be called to share your feedback - confidential and greatly appreciated
South Gippsland Shire Council is conducting a community satisfaction survey via phone until month's end. Your feedback is valued and confidential. Calls will come from National Field Services, an independent agency.
You may receive a call inviting you to provide feedback. South Gippsland Shire Council would like to inform residents that from today until the end of the month, your household may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
South Gippsland's annual Community Satisfaction Survey is underway, gathering resident feedback by phone to help improve council services
They have been commissioned to conduct a community satisfaction survey on behalf of the council. Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils. Approximately 100 surveys are completed each quarter. We appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback.
Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential. Only the overall results are shared with the council. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the council on 5662 200.
