South Gippsland Shire Council and Emergency Recovery Victoria offer grants up to $3,000 for events, activities, or training

South Gippsland Council, in partnership with Emergency Recovery Victoria, is offering grants up to $3,000 to support events, activities, or training that promote resilience and emergency preparedness in response to potential challenges.

Funding is available to support an event, activity or training session. In partnership with Emergency Recovery Victoria, council are offering grants of up to $3,000 to support an event, activity or training session. The aim of the funding is to support communities, with an aim to promote resilience, community connectedness and emergency preparedness.

The grant-funded activities will increase South Gippsland's resilience against potential natural disasters, economic downturn and social issues. Recent years have seen communities work together to recover from significant environmental hazards, and this program will further empower South Gippsland residents in the face of potential challenges.
