Morwell Central Primary School's flags were looking worse for wear after recent high winds so Federal Member for Gippsland Darren Chester surprised the student leadership team with a new set.

"It was good to catch up with the student leadership team and present them with a new seat of flags to welcome the school community when they arrive each morning. It's a terrific school which is helping a generation of young Latrobe Valley students achieve their full potential," Mr Chester said.
