Gippsland Community Leaders Sought

Nominations for the 11th Gippsland Community Leadership Program (GCLP) close on 1 November 2005.

The aim of the program is to develop leadership resources within the community.

The GCLP is looking for 25 emerging Gippsland leaders from a range of backgrounds who:

  • Demonstrate leadership ability.
  • Have significant community and work experience with a clear capacity for future growth.
  • Have the potential to contribute to the community.
  • Have the support of their oganisation or work place.
  • Are willing to commit their time and energy for two days per month from February to November.

Participants also attend two weekend residential workshops as well as 14 full program days from February to November.

South Gippsland

Wednesday 19 October 12.00 – 2.00pm

Bairnsdale

Monday 24 October 11.00am – 1.00pm

East Gippsland Shire Office, McCulloch Street, Bairnsdale

Sale

Monday 24 October 5.30 – 6.00pm

Wellington Shire Council, "Guyatt Room", Foster Street, Sale

Warragul

Tuesday 25 October 4.30 – 6.00pm
