Community Input For New Website

Bass Coast Shire Council is calling for community input for the redevelopment of its current website.

By Bass Coast Shire Council - 13th February 2009 - Back to News

Council’s Director of Corporate Services, Danny Luna, encouraged all residents, visitors and business people who use the internet to complete an online survey giving feedback on Council’s website.

"We’re trying to improve the website so it better caters for those who use it and for those who would like to use it," said Mr Luna.

"Council is currently reviewing requirements and suggestions from staff and we are now calling for feedback from the community.

"We would like people to complete a short survey that gives feedback on our current website and also gives them the opportunity to suggest other things they would like to be able to access or do on Council’s website," continued Mr Luna.

The survey will be available on Council’s website from 31 January to 11 February.

"After we have collected all the feedback and information, options will be developed and then considered by Council in March.

"By responding to the survey you are helping Council to serve you better, so I would encourage anyone interested to participate."

For more information or to participate in the survey, log onto www.basscoast.vic.gov.au and follow the links on the homepage to the web survey or contact Roslyn Jenzen on 1300 BCOAST (226 278).
