Sarah Nation, Terry Russell and Sian Lawler winners of 2022 #LOVEGIPPSLAND calendar photos
Local MP Darren Chester has announced the three winners of the 2022 #lovegippsland calendar competition.
The three winning images include a group of wrens taken by Sarah Nation of Cann River, grass trees at Cape Conran taken by Terry Russell of Orbost and a crisp Cowwarr dawn taken by Sian Lawler of Traralgon.

More than a photo
Mr Chester said he was impressed by the high calibre of entries that showcased the very best of Gippsland and encouraged people to take a break in the region. "Every year the calendar competition highlights some of the best Gippsland has to offer from beautiful scenery to native wildlife and iconic features of our towns," Mr Chester said.
"It's more than a photo competition, the finished product helps to support local jobs by encouraging Gippslanders to explore our region. This year's calendar shows the diversity of our region and how much there is to see and do, at any time of the year." Mr Chester said.
Calendar availability
Mr Chester said, "With over 250 entries it was a very difficult task to just choose 13 to include as part of the calendar. Congratulations to our winners and to all the entrants for so many wonderful photos, I cannot wait to see what next year's competition brings."
Free copies of the #lovegippsland calendar will be distributed throughout Gippsland will also be available from Mr Chester's electorate offices in Sale and Traralgon. Businesses and community organisations can request a box of calendars by contacting Mr Chester's electorate offices.
