Bena Road development in Korumburra under VCAT review with South Gippsland Shire Council sharing exhibits until 13 October 2023
The Development Plan applicant has requested VCAT's decision. Council will share exhibition submissions with VCAT. Stay updated on VCAT proceedings and your involvement.
Council has received a request to approve a Development Plan for the land at 99 Bena Road Korumburra which is land on the southern side of Bena Road opposite Mountain Ash Drive.
The submission of the Development Plan aligns with the specifications outlined in Development Plan Overlay (DPO) Schedule 6 for Korumburra Residential Growth Areas
