Gippsland Business Festival a big success for Latrobe City
Huge turnout of business owners and entrepreneur’s at ‘Tom O’Toole – Ingredients of Success’.
The Gippsland Business Festival has officially ended with a huge turnout of business owners and entrepreneur’s attending Latrobe City’s last event ‘Tom O’Toole – Ingredients of Success’. Over 80 people filled Little Prince Eating House & Bar in Traralgon to listen to Tom and his success story of the Beechworth Bakery.
Tom shared his incredible entrepreneurial story of how he created Australia's most successful stand-alone retail bakery business. Employing over 250 staff with a turnover in excess of $17 million and serving over 1 million customers per year, the bakery is testament to Tom's drive and innovative business practices. Tom provided attendees with plenty of laughs as he detailed the ups and downs of his business and spoke about what motivates him to keep going.
‘Tom O’Toole – Ingredients of Success’ marks the end of the month long Gippsland Business Festival which saw events and guest speakers throughout the Gippsland Region with the aim to grow and sustain big or small businesses and provide support, inspiration and motivation to those thinking or running their own business.
The Gippsland Business Festival 2019 was a joint collaboration between Bass Coast Shire, Baw Baw Shire, East Gippsland, South Gippsland Shire, Wellington Shire and Latrobe City.
