The 2025 East Gippsland Jobs Expo, 20 August at Cremin Hall, offers free entry, barbecue lunch, and exhibitor opportunities for employers and training providers
Connecting local opportunities
The event will feature employer stalls, training provider exhibits, and face-to-face opportunities to learn about career planning, skills development, and pathways into key local industries such as government, support services, healthcare, and emerging sectors - from the people on the ground who work in these fields. Council's Economic Development team has partnered with local business networks and industry groups to ensure the Expo represents the full breadth of opportunities in East Gippsland.
Mayor Cr John White said the Expo was an important opportunity for local job seekers to meet directly with employers and industry representatives. "The Jobs Expo is a fantastic chance for people to see what's possible right here in East Gippsland. It's about making connections that help our community and businesses grow, attract new talent, and create pathways to keep skilled people in the region," said John.
