Sale Of The Former Traralgon Early Learning Centre SiteLatrobe City Council will recommence the statutory process to sell the former Traralgon Early Learning Centre on Franklin Street. By Latrobe City - 12th January 2012 - Back to News In February 2010, Latrobe City Council resolved to sell the former Traralgon Early Learning Centre on Franklin Street via private treaty.
Unfortunately, the private purchaser was not able to complete the purchase of the site, so Council will now reconsider how the property is to be sold.
Council will consider any submissions from the public about the proposal to now sell the site by public auction. This will be decided by Council at its ordinary meeting on 5 March 2012.
Any person wishing to make a submission on this matter can do so in writing to the Chief Executive Officer at PO Box 264 Commercial Road, Morwell, 3840. Submissions will be received until 14 February 2012.
