Mobile Library Visit Cancelled

East Gippsland Shire has advised that because of the fire situation the scheduled Mobile Library service to Bonang, Bendoc, Tubbut, Goongerah today (15 December) has been cancelled.

Weather and fires permitting, the Library will make it next visit to these areas on Friday, 12 January 2007.

The Benambra Tip as well as the Omeo, Swifts Creek & Buchan Transfer Stations will operate today and over this weekend for extended hours to receive green waste free of charge.

All facilities will open at 8.00 am and operate until 5.00 pm
