"In the interim we will liaise with Rural Outlook Limited as part of a working group, offering input from a municipal and regional perspective.
"Obviously any proposal to subdivide the land would require rezoning, and that is something Council would need to consider once any firm proposals are lodged," Cr Middlemiss said.
