New Group Fitness Class Launched At Latrobe Leisure MorwellLatrobe Leisure Morwell is excited to launch ‘Next Level Fitness’ a new group fitness class that is sure to challenge the all round strength, stamina and mental grit of participants. By Latrobe City - 8th February 2012 - Back to News Latrobe City’s general manager, recreation, culture and community infrastructure, Grantley Switzer, said that ‘Next Level Fitness’ was not designed for the faint of heart.
"Participants will experience an obstacle of events set to train them to the max. Organised by the boot camp gurus, Chris Peters and Kirk Millan, fitness junkies will have to be at Latrobe Leisure Morwell by 6.15 every Monday morning. What a way to start the working week.
"It’s also a great opportunity for members who enjoy a fitness class with a little more grunt. As a Council facility we more often cater for the beginner and intermediate fitness levels but this class is specifically targeted at a more experienced fitness level. It’s an exciting opportunity for Latrobe Leisure Morwell to be trialling such a diversely different class format.
"As an added bonus for participants, there will be the attention, guidance and expertise of two very experienced and qualified fitness instructors," Mr Switzer said.
The cost per class is equivalent to a normal group fitness class and entry is free Latrobe Leisure Gold members. Call 1300 367 700 for more details.
