While seasonal restrictions have eased, residents are reminded that fire risk has not disappeared, and care must still be taken when using fire in the open. With the end of the Fire Danger Period, some activities such as private burn-offs may now be permitted. However, these must be conducted in accordance with local laws and safety requirements. Residents are encouraged to check conditions carefully and ensure they are complying with all relevant regulations before lighting any fire.
