Held annually at Lardner Park in West Gippsland, Farm World is one of Victoria’s biggest and best regional agricultural shows attracting thousands of farming folk from far and wide to check out the latest ag tech, equipment and info from experts in their field (pun intended). But Farm World is not just for farmers - there’s plenty to pique the interest of DIY enthusiasts, lifestyle farmers and families looking for a day out with a difference.

Thrills and entertainment

Ooh and ahh at thrilling stunts from Freestyle Kings Motocross, check out the clever kelpies at the working dog demos and see some big-energy machines (and maybe an excavator bucket challenge or two). The littlest attendees will be kept entertained at the Animal Zone with cattle, camel rides and crowd-favourite Black Snake Production’s "Deadly Australians" interactive show. If you need a break, pull up a seat in the Village Green to enjoy the finest local food and drink.

This 3-day mega-event concludes with a Saturday night spectacular, the Farm World Rodeo. Teaming up with PBR Australia (Professional Bull Riders) there will be a night packed with bull riding, barrel racing, and all the heart-pumping action that makes rodeos one of Australia’s favourite spectacles.

2026 Highlights

Freestyle kings motocross

An adrenaline-fueled Freestyle Kings, returning with three jaw-dropping motocross shows daily at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm, plus an exclusive pre-show before the Rodeo event on Saturday night.

Battle of the buckets excavator challenge

Take the controls and put your skills to the test! From up-and-comers to experienced operators, this high-energy challenge highlights precision, control, and technique in front of a live audience.

Tractor trailer backing competition

Next to the lake, competitors will showcase their reversing expertise for the chance to be crowned Farm World’s best tractor operator.

Go getta kelpies

Renowned trainer Joe Spicer returns to share expert working dog tips and real-life training demos that will inspire every stock handler.

Berkeley supertank

Learn how to hook the big one! The Berkley team brings fishing to life with live casting demonstrations, gear tips, and techniques to sharpen your angling skills.

Food zones and the Village Green

After exploring the exhibits, take time out at the Village Green, a vibrant hub where you can unwind with a local craft beer, wine, gin, cider or vodka, and enjoy live music throughout the day. Food and Beverage zones across the park offer delicious local produce and street eats to satisfy every appetite.

Farm world rodeo

Following the huge success of 2025, the Touring Pro Division PBR (Professional Bull Riders) and Lardner Park will deliver a night packed with bull riding, barrel racing, and all the heart-pumping action that makes rodeos one of Australia’s favourite spectacles.

With more food trucks, a bigger bar zone, and upgraded amenities, this year’s event guarantees comfort and excitement for all. Set in Lardner Park’s natural amphitheatre, gates open at 4.30pm, with the Freestyle Kings performing a pre-show and the main Rodeo program starting from 6.30pm.
