Gippsland Water offers face-to-face bill support through September pop-ups across Morwell, Sale, Traralgon and Drouin

Gippsland Water will host September pop-ups across the region, offering customers face-to-face help with bills, payment plans, concessions and government assistance amid cost-of-living pressures, with events in Morwell, Sale, Traralgon and Drouin.

Gippsland Water customers can speak face-to-face with customer care team members about their bills at pop-up events across the region during September. Managing director Sarah Cumming encouraged customers looking for some support or with any questions about their bills and payment options to attend a pop-up and discuss available support.

Ms Cumming said, "We know cost of living pressures are affecting people across the community, and we want them to know support is available in many forms. Pop-ups are another way we can offer support to our customers, by coming to them and providing face to face assistance. Customers can bring their bill and receive on-the-spot help, and our friendly team will find an option that suits you and answer any questions."

Customer care team members can assist with setting up flexible payment plans, register concessions, help apply for government-funded assistance and provide referrals to financial councillors. Remaining pop-ups will be at the following locations:

• 10 September, Mid Valley Shopping Centre, Morwell (10am-2pm)
• 15 September, Gippsland Centre, Sale (10am-2pm)
• 17 September, Traralgon Centre Plaza (10am-2pm)
• 24 September, Drouin Central Shopping Centre (10am-2pm)
