In collaboration with TAFE Gippsland, Food & Fibre Gippsland will welcome an international chef to Gippsland next Monday, who will be devoting most of his day to sharing knowledge via a masterclass with seven 3rd year apprentice chefs at TAFE Gippsland's Bairnsdale campus. Chef Chris Holen from multi-national group Chef Outta Water will be shoulder to shoulder with the apprentices in the kitchen as they create a grazing lunch feast and learn some old school techniques, showcasing Gippsland produce every step of the way.
