Hall Part Of Nationals’ Feedback VisitThe Nationals Member for Gippsland Province, PETER HALL, joined his party colleagues in Hamilton on Monday as part of the ongoing Country Feedback series of regional visits. By Peter Hall - 17th August 2004 - Back to News All 11 National Party Members of Parliament attended the meeting which aims to continue to build on members’ understanding of issues confronting rural Victorians.
During the day the delegation met with Southern Grampians Shire before splitting into groups to undertake a series of visits to businesses and community organisations.
The Nationals also met with the Combined Pre-schools of Southern Grampians to discuss the ongoing wage dispute with the State Government.
Mr Hall said a Country Feedback forum was held in Bairnsdale earlier this year, and another will be staged in Traralgon in October.
"The Country Feedback visits provide members with the opportunity to meet with country Victorians and discuss issues which they feel strongly about," he said.
"This enables The Nationals to continue to do what no other party does, that is represent the interests of country Victorians above all else," Mr Hall said.
