There are four tastefully decorated guestrooms and the Sundowner a-la-carte fully licensed restaurant features local produce and fresh seafood.
More than 400 people attended the 2002 Federation Health Gippsland Business Awards Gala Dinner where local businesses and industry came together to showcase what Gippsland has to offer.
Businesses were judged on key elements such as uniqueness, innovation and use of Gippsland resources and community involvement.
This year 10,000 nomination forms were posted out to businesses, with customers as well as businesses invited to make nominations.
The awards also introduced many new categories, which included Environmental Performance, Manufacturing/Export, Primary Producer, Retailing, Accommodation, Commerce/ Information Communications Technology, New Service and Tourism.
There was an excellent response to the awards with applicants coming from all over Gippsland and from a wide range of industries.
The Gippsland Business Awards Gala Dinner was held at the Premiere Function Centre in Traralgon, Hosted by Denise Drysdale and with entertainment by Rod Quantock.
