Each year the Gippsland Presbytery of the Uniting Church holds a camp for young people. Currently it runs two concurrent camps for children in Grades 4 - 6 and Years 7 - 10. The camps are run in the first week of the September Holidays at Lake Tyers Beach Camp Park (a Uniting church campsite). This year the camp begins on Monday 22nd September and concludes on Friday 26th September 2003. Camp registration forms are available from Ian Conabere 51761606 or email iconabere@vtown.com.au or from your local Gippsland Uniting Church.

The format includes games and activities together centred around study of Genesis ( Grades 4-6) & Revelation ( Years 7 -10). Cost is $105 per person. Subsidies for needy people may be available through various non-church and church agencies. The camps are run using the policy of the Uniting Church: A Safe Place for Children. Older young people (Year 11 +) may attend as helpers and may run their own study if sufficient leaders are available.
