A business resilience program, run with the Small Business Mentoring Service, offers masterclasses in South Gippsland, covering risk management, networking, and crisis adaptation for businesses operating over 12 months.

Learn how to adapt your business to resist challenges. Run in partnership with the Small Business Mentoring Service, the program focuses on identifying risks, developing networks and increasing resistance to financial and operational challenges.

Build business resilience

The three Masterclasses will be held in Korumburra on Tuesday 29 April, Leongatha on Tuesday 20 May and Foster on Tuesday 17 June. The program is open to owners or managers of businesses within South Gippsland that have been operating for more than 12 months.

Participants will develop an understanding of business resilience, including economic shocks, climate and weather risks, online security threats and local disruptions. For more information and to register for the program, visit Small Business Mentoring Service website.
