Two more fires were reported at Palms Track, 17 kilometres east of Orbost and at Freemans Track, six kilometres north-west of Bruthen last night.

At Palms Track, 15 firefighters working with a tanker, four slip-on units and a first attack dozer kept the fire area small and it is now under control.

At Freemans Track, CFA firefighters assisted DSE and Parks Victoria with a tanker to support crews with a dozer and slip-on unit. This fire is now under control.

All fire areas will be patrolled today.
