Mr Ingram is critical of a dispute between the State Government and Freight Australia which is delaying the return of the Bairnsdale / Stratford passenger train.

"Freight Australia, has frustrated every effort to ensure the speedy return of our passenger train," he said today.

"I have requested that the AEC provides information on the political donations, if any, from Freight Australia.

"The company has a history of significant financial donations to political parties.

"I call on the leaders of all the major Victorian political parties to declare if their party has received any donation from Freight Australia," Mr Ingram concluded.
