Baw Baw Shire Council is popping up in Noojee
Council pop-up to come to Noojee, the community will have the opportunity to talk to the councillors to discuss and ask questions.
All community members are invited to join their councillors and senior council officers at the upcoming Baw Baw Shire Council Pop-up session at the Noojee Public Hall on Thursday 2 December 2021. The pop-up is a great opportunity for residents from Noojee and surrounding communities to come along and engage directly with councillors and council, share their views and ask questions about the issues that matter to them.

Council pop-up
Noojee council pop-up will be held on:
- When: 4.00pm to 6.00pm on Thursday 2 December
- Where: Noojee Public Hall, 7 Henty St, Noojee VIC 3833
Please note: All Council Pop-Ups are delivered in accordance with DHHS regulations and the orders of the Chief Health Officer. The CHO's directive is that everyone who attends a community facility must show proof of double-vaccination, or a valid medical exemption, accompanied by photo ID.
Community members can be assured that all employees and representatives of Council in attendance at the pop-up are fully vaccinated. All attending will be required to check in via a QR code. This will be the final Council Pop-up session for this year. Stay tuned for dates and locations for the 2022 program.
Opportunity to talk to the councillors
Mayor Cr Michael Leaney said, "This Council pop-up session is a great opportunity for our residents living in the Shire's North to come and speak to their Councillors and Shire officers directly about the matters that are on their mind. It's always fantastic to hear from people one on one about the issues that matter to them."
"I look forward to catching up with the community at Noojee - there are lots of passionate people in the district and I'm sure they'll have a lot to discuss. If you can't make it, not to worry - we as Councillors, are always happy to hear from you via email or phone anytime."
