  • In addition, the survey can be completed at East Gippsland Water's Bairnsdale office at 133 Macleod Street.

East Gippsland Water's Managing Director, Bruce Hammond, said, "Every five years, like now, we have to develop a long-term plan (our PriceSubmission) that determines how much money we invest in various activities. This money is charged to customers through their quarterlybill.

"This is a great opportunity to assist with shaping East Gippsland Water's future by helping determine our priority activities for the five years 2018-23, and the charges to customers over that timeframe. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to complete the survey so far and we look forward to receiving many more over the coming weeks. Thank you also to all the neighbourhood and community houses who are helping us with this important community engagement process."

Surveys must be submitted and received by East Gippsland Water by 5pm, Monday 5 December 2016, with the prize draw winners to be drawn on Friday 16 December. Full terms and conditions can be found on the East Gippsland Water website.
