The GIPPYAg project will be hosting a series of free Teacher Professional Development Workshops across Gippsland in Term 3 & 4, helping teachers increase their capacity to incorporate food and fibre concepts into their teaching practices and classrooms.

There's been a fantastic response so far to the BrainSTEM Industry Mentor program, and with a number of Gippsland schools wanting to participate in the program, we are still searching for more mentors! If you'd like to inspire the next generation workforce and help a small group of students with a food & fibre industry challenge across 12 weeks - we'd love to hear from you. The students will look to you for leadership and guidance as they work on developing a solution to the problem. It's a great opportunity to give back to the sector whilst seeing problems from a different perspective as you connect with local students.
