Advocacy
Council gave its 'in principle support' for the discussion draft document 'A Strength Led Transition – a community aspiration for a strong, sustainable and prosperous future'.
This document seeks to demonstrate the passion and determination of our community. It details a transition and diversification approach in the six key domain areas of wellbeing, community connectedness, building economic resilience, community liveability, economic growth and education.
Decisions
Authorised the installation of three electronic surveillance units at Traralgon Railway Reservoir Conservation Reserve and Crinigan Bushland Reserve.
Approved a Special Charge Scheme to construct a sealed surface on Riggalls Road and part of Bickertons Road, Glengarry North.
Authorised the Chief Executive Office to sign and seal the Creation of Easement document for the creation of three sewerage easements over part of 39 Valley Drive, Traralgon in favour of Gippsland Water.
