GVTU Infomercial Launched

The Gippsland Vocational Training Unit (GVTU) recently launched the "GVTU Infomercial Video" at a special presentation in Morwell.

The Job Explorers class for 2003 produced and acted in the video, which was about programs that they undertake at the GVTU and services that help the GVTU students in the community.

Students produced the video over three terms, overcoming barriers such as nerves and inexperience, and all the staff at the GVTU are very proud of what they have produced.

The students wrote scripts and were in involved in team building skills and teamwork, and teachers provided encouragement and support.

The Gippsland Vocational Training Unit provides specialist training and employment services for young people with a disability aged between 15 and 26.
