Gippsland Portal Local News: Feedback to feed your web-pageHow using a survey can improve your site By Mattius Anjoelnoelio` - 11th August 2000 - Back to News Tell us your opinion See what others have said These days, just about every web-site you see has a contact section. After all, what's the point of having a site at all if you have no idea what people think about your site? Information like the public's response to the page can be invaluable in showing you the areas of your site that need improving or changing, not to mention pointing out what you are doing right!
Now, instead of random response you can prompt answers on the things you want to know. Using surveys you can find out what makes your visitors tick, and what they thought on how they found your site and used it, what they thought, what they liked, etc...
To really make your feedback section come to life, you can obtain these kinds of surveys on-line and add them to your site. They usually come as templates and are simple to re-design the basic information to suit your page. Zoomerang, for instance do a great FREE version of a survey.
Using this kind of system you can really get your site functioning to the best of it's ability.
