Maisy to join pyjama party fun at the library!

Wellington Shire Council is inviting children to help celebrate Library Week by joining in a free pyjama party at each of the Shire’s libraries on Friday 26 May at 6:15pm.

All Wellington kids are encouraged to go along in their PJs, with their favorite teddy or soft toy, to participate in several exciting activities and a bed time story session.

All children will receive a showbag.

The activities will be held at the Sale, Maffra, Yarram, Stratford, Heyfield and Rosedale Libraries.

Sale library will have a special visitor - the popular book and TV character Maisy mouse.

The Sale event is limited to 60 children and bookings are required, please call 5144 2258.

"Over 250 children joined in last year’s bed-time story sessions and the council is delighted to offer a repeat of this fun event" Cathy Carr, Wellington Shire Council library coordinator.
