Clare Le Serve Bass Coast celebrates ten years service at Municipal Association of Victoria Councillor Service Awards 2023
Councillor Clare Le Serve of Bass Coast Shire received a ten-year service award from MAV, honouring her dedication and achievements in representing the Western Port Ward over three terms.
Bass Coast Shire Councillor Clare Le Serve was recently recognised for ten years of service at the Municipal Association of Victoria's (MAV) Councillor Service Awards. The awards celebrate the achievements, commitment, and dedication of long-serving councillors across the state. The Western Port Ward Councillor is currently serving her third term, having represented the Leadbeater Ward from 2012 to 2016 and then the Western Port multi member Ward 2016 - 2020 and 2020 - current.

Mayor, Cr Michael Whelan said, "What a brilliant achievement. Serving our community for the four year term of a council is a great honour for councillors however a ten year term deserves a high amount of recognition for Cr Le Serve. We thank Clare for her continuous work and support for the community and all that she has achieved".
