TRANSYLVANIA (M) France/Roumania
AS IT IS IN HEAVEN (M) Sweden
AFTER THE WEDDING Denmark

Programme notes and the Festival timetable should be ready by next weekend (Oct 20/21)
As usual, the Festival will open Friday evening with a complimentary glass of champagne or wine (or two). We look forward to seeing our regular Festival Groupies once more, and perhaps you may like to introduce some friends to this Festival of (mostly) foreign language movies.
In the meantime, we are playing a number of interesting limited releases for our "arthouse" audience: THE FLYING SCOTSMAN will finish Wed Oct 24; DECEMBER BOYS and THE BOYNTON BEACH CLUB commence a limited season from this Thursday (Oct 18)—both got a good rap from David and Margaret, as did DEEP WATER which commences Nov 1st. We anticipate La Vie En Rose, the story of Ediath Piaff to screen for a week from Nov 1st.
