New Program A Hit At The HubA new Tai Chi and Qi Gong class is a welcome addition to activities at the Inverloch Community Hub. By Bass Coast - 12th October 2010 - Back to News The classes is held every Tuesday during school term from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.
The Tai Chi and Qi Gong are suitable for all ages and promote health, fitness and self-confidence.
Cathy Giliam, Inverloch Community Hub Facilitator, said she is happy to have teachers of Andy and Karen Law’s calibre teaching at the Hub.
"We are excited to welcome new programs such as this to Inverloch and encourage other groups out there looking to expand to consider booking some time at the Hub and offer their range of services to the Inverloch community," said Ms Giliam.
"The Community House already offers some popular Tai Chi classes so this is a great opportunity to expand on the existing interest in this practice.
"Having a choice of Tai Chi teachers will hopefully be welcomed by the Inverloch community"
