Latrobe City Council Acting CEO appointedLatrobe City Council has appointed a temporary Acting CEO to replace John Mitchell during a period of annual leave. Vince Haining will act in the role until Friday 17 October 2014. By Latrobe City - 24th September 2014 - Back to News Mr Haining has an extensive career history in local government. He was, until recently CEO of Maribyrnong City Council, a position he held from June 2010 to July 2014. Prior to that Mr Haining held General Manager/Director positions with Maribyrnong Council, City of Boroondara and the City of Melbourne.
Prior to entering the local government sector, Mr Haining held positions with United Energy (1993-1995) and Electricity Services Victoria (SECV) (1987-1993).
