NEW COMMUNITY LOGO
The YDCA at its planning meeting earlier this year decided it was time that the association had a logo to use on letterhead and promotional material. A local graphic design company is currently developing the logo but they have taken the project a step further and they are designing a logo that will not only be used by the YDCA but will also be available as a community logo for use by all other groups in the district. This community logo will help to spread the word that not only is Yinnar and District a beaut place to live but there are also plenty of great activities happening in and around our community. The YDCA is currently drawing up a marketing and communication plan to launch the community logo.
At the same time we are preparing a submission in conjunction with Latrobe City to access funding through Regional Development Victoria to upgrade town signage including historical signage and the new community logo will form part of this new signage.
