Cann Valley marks five years of bushfire recovery with celebration of community resilience and achievements
Cann Valley community gathered to mark five years since the 2019/20 bushfires, celebrating resilience, recovery, and the inspiring contributions of locals, volunteers, businesses, and organisations in rebuilding and renewing the region.
The Cann Valley District community united on Thursday to mark five years since the bushfires of 2019/20. Five Years On: A Celebration of Recovery and Resilience served as a moment to reflect on the emergency event and the long and, at times, arduous journey to recovery and to highlight the achievements of the community, volunteers, businesses, and local organisations in the region's renewal.
