Community meeting for Longford – 7 JuneBy Wellington Shire Council - 23rd May 2005 - Back to News Residents of Longford and the surrounding area are invited to have their say on council services and issues affecting them when Councillors and senior officers from Wellington Shire Council host their next community meeting in the area on Tuesday 7 June.
The informal meeting starts at 7.00pm and is being held at the Longford Community Hall – providing an ideal opportunity to ask questions and raise any issues of interest or concern to the local community.
Councillors and senior officers visit a different locality in Wellington each month as part of an ongoing process of consultation and communication with everyone who lives in the shire.

After Longford, the next community meeting is in Cowwarr/Seaton on 12 July.
