World-leading local digital design company to showcase at prestigious exhibitionWellington Shire Council would like to congratulate Maffra-based digital media company DM3D Studios, which has been invited to showcase some of its world-leading work at the prestigious Digital Design Biennale 2004 exhibition. By Wellington Shire Council - 20th July 2004 - Back to News The company is commissioned by NASA to provide 3D simulations which in the near future may play an integral role in the organisation’s space exploration projects. Some of this fascinating work will be on display at the Melbourne Museum from 11 November until 6 February 2005.
DM3D Studios is owned and operated by local digital media experts David Rasmussen and Merryn Neilson and provides services including 3D virtual environments, animation, and software research and development. Some 98% of the company’s work is exported overseas to major international organisations.
DM3D Studios recently came on-board with the council’s Small Business Mentoring Program and has been proudly supported through other council initiatives and opportunities.
