Information Sessions On Development Of Traralgon Courthouse

Latrobe City will hold two information sessions for members of the public considering submitting an expression of interest in the future use, management and development of the Traralgon Courthouse.

Latrobe City’s manager Cultural Liveability, Paul Holton, said the aim of the sessions will be to explain the steps and requirements of the expression of interest process.

The information sessions will be held from 2pm – 3pm, and from 6pm – 7pm at the Traralgon Courthouse on Thursday 8 October 2009.

Mr Holton said individual briefings can also be arranged by appointment from 3.30pm to be concluded by 5.30pm.

"Heritage consultant, Ivar Nelsen, will be in attendance at the Traralgon Courthouse to answer questions and provide advice regarding the Traralgon Courthouse Conservation Management Plan.

"Council staff will also be available to provide guidance and advice regarding the expression of interest process, Mr Holton added.
