Farmer's Daughters Gippsland is Chef Alejandro Saravia's new way of food, providing a paddock to plate experience using local ingredients grown with passion and love. We're looking forward to engaging with the team on lots of innovative ideas and projects.
Energy 360 designs, engineers, manufactures, installs, commissions and services biogas delivery systems that are helping companies with organic waste streams to save utility costs and turn waste into profit. Welcome - it's great to have you join our member tribe!

A large group of students from Gippsland and surrounds recently participated in an Industry Immersion program where they were welcomed by four of the region's leading producers in South and West Gippsland, and in the Baw Baw Shire.

One of our founding members, Ken Eckersley from Nicholson River Winery is hosting a unique Masterclass on Rosé varieties from the Gippsland region at the International Rose Garden Festival Food & Wine Fiesta.

Innovation Group Workshop Unearths Diverse Ideas
Food & Fibre Gippsland's Nicola Watts facilitated a high-energy 1/2 day workshop last week at Latrobe Valley Authority, exploring opportunities for supporting Gippsland food and fibre producers connect more seamlessly with customers and markets via online platforms.
With representatives from industry, government, research and community present, there were plenty of diverse ideas around how online platforms could support a stronger regional food system that delivers benefits for business, the community and the planet.
We are looking forward to the next Innovation Group meeting and progressing this opportunity. A big thank you to everyone for their amazing contributions so far; your collaborative enthusiasm is inspiring!
Opportunity For Gippsland Artisanal Food & Drink Producers
Applications are now open for the Small-Scale and Craft Program.
This Victorian Government program builds on the Artisanal Sector Program to support premium small-scale agribusinesses to scale-up operations, diversify product lines and expand outreach.
